

Availability
DataComms e-mail is available in the United States and Canada either as a stand alone service or as an option to Access and Web Hosting Services.

E-mail Client Software
DataComms e-mail works with any standards based e-mail client software, including Eudora, Netscape, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Outlook.

Domain Name Service
DataComms takes care of domain name issues related to your e-mail service. This can include registering a domain name for your use as well as maintaining MX and other records that ensure that your mail is routed correctly to and from the DataComms e-mail system.

Operations
The DataComms e-mail systems are pro actively monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week to ensure not only that the servers are functioning but also to take pro-active action to mitigate against slowdowns or outages.

Customer Support
Customer support is provided by telephone, fax or e-mail between 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday to Friday.
